Apple today opened the doors of its first official retail store in India. The Cupertino company previously served Indian customers through his Apple Authorized Stores, but the experience at an Apple Store is said to be a very different experience.

Apple’s first official retail store, Apple BKC, located at Geo World Drive Mall, Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai, opened Tuesday at 11am IST. Tuesday’s grand opening of the Apple Store drew thousands of fans and enthusiastic customers to get a glimpse of the first Apple-run store.
The unique triangular ceiling consists of 408 timbers forming 31 modules per tile, for a total of 1,000 tiles making up the ceiling. The company said they were all assembled in Delhi. It has Rajasthani stone walls and a unique 14-meter stainless steel staircase.

This store has all Apple products including the latest his iPhone, Mac, iPad, AirPods, Apple Watch and Apple TV models. There are many accessories for that. The Apple Pickup feature is also available at Apple Stores. This allows customers to pick up products purchased online from the store itself.
The second store will open at Select City Walk Mall, New Delhi on April 20th at 10am IST.
