Apple released iOS 16.3.1 on Monday, a few weeks after iOS 16.3 was released. While previous versions included new features like Apple ID security keys and support for his HomePod on the 2nd generation, the latest update adds some new features that iPhone users may have encountered recently.

The latest iOS 16.3.1 update includes bug fixes and security updates that address issues with iCloud, Siri, Find My, and crash detection. Some users on Reddit and Twitter said they couldn’t back up to iCloud after iOS 16.3 was released. A recent update may provide a solution for this issue.
Another issue fixed in iOS 16.3.1 has to do with crash detection on iPhone 14 and 14 Pro models. Collision detection helped alert first responders to some car crashes, but it was also triggered when some users rode roller coasters on their phones.
