Redmi Pad Pro made its debut in China on Wednesday, April 10, along with the Redmi Turbo 3, offering users an impressive array of features. Boasting a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 SoC and a robust 10,000mAh battery with fast charging capabilities, this tablet is designed to meet the demands of modern consumers.
Its standout feature is its 12.1-inch 2.5K resolution LCD panel, delivering vibrant visuals and immersive viewing experiences. Available in three captivating color options and a special edition inspired by Harry Potter, the Redmi Pad Pro offers something for every taste.
The tablet is offered in multiple RAM and storage configurations to cater to varying user needs. Notably, it follows the footsteps of the Redmi Pad, which debuted in the Indian market back in October 2022. However, Xiaomi has yet to confirm whether the new Pro model will be available in India.
In terms of pricing and availability, the Redmi Pad Pro comes with competitive price points in China. The 6GB + 128GB variant is priced at CNY 1,499 (approximately Rs. 17,300), while the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants are available at CNY 1,599 (approximately Rs. 18,400) and CNY 1,799 (approximately Rs. 20,700), respectively. Pre-orders are currently open via the Xiaomi China website, with sales set to commence on April 15.
For fans of the wizarding world, Xiaomi also offers a special Harry Potter edition of the Redmi Pad Pro. Priced at CNY 2,299 (approximately Rs. 26,500), this variant boasts 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, providing ample space for all your digital adventures.
